Working with Dispatch was working with an entire ecosystem of products. Working as lead designer on several separate engagements, I was able to touch many parts of their system from the Customer Service Dashboard, internal billing flows, user permissions, the mobile driver app, and the Fleet Management Dashboard.

THE ENGAGEMENTS

1. Design a mobile app experience for drivers that provides mapping and delivery insights to the driver, as well as insights about the driving to the dispatcher.
2. Create a permissions architecture that accounted for the many internal and external user groups.
3. Design a workable payment flow that was automated for Dispatch
4. Strategize and design an internal Dashboard that provided insights and delivery management for the Customer Success Team.
5. Strategize and design a fleet management dashboard that allowed courier fleets to manage internal work as well as outsource work to the Dispatch network.
